Technical Overview
Designed for primary separation in upstream oil and gas facilities, the HP-5000 series handles high gas-oil ratios (GOR) and fluctuating flow regimes with exceptional stability. The internal configuration utilises a proprietary inlet diverter to absorb momentum and initiate bulk phase separation.
The gravity settling section is sized to provide adequate residence time for water-oil separation, while the gas gravity section features a high-capacity mist extractor to ensure dry gas export.
Every vessel is fabricated in our ASME-certified facility and undergoes strict NDT, including 100% radiography on all pressure-retaining welds and extensive hydrostatic testing prior to dispatch.
